To get to Opposing Viewpoints, or any other specific database, go to the Library Website and click on the 'Browse Databases' tab.
You can choose to look at the list alphabetically or by subject.
Since you know the name of your database, choose Alphabetical from the list and click on Opposing Viewpoints.
