Q. What are the Tutor Resources on Campus?

Currently enrolled students at JCCC can access free tutoring services at the Academic Resource Center, located on the first floor of Billington Library. The ARC includes the following areas: Academic Achievement Center (AAC), Language Resource Center (LRC), Math Resource Center (MRC), Science Resource Center (SRC) and the Writing Center. The AAC offers Reading Specialist services, general study help, and tutoring for subjects not covered by other tutoring centers. Walk-in help is available; students may also schedule an appointment with a tutor, or apply for semester-long tutoring in some subjects. Students can also check out study rooms, use a computer in the open study space, or visit the Stacks Cafe.
