Sometimes a work will not have a known author.  When creating your citation, you will follow your citation style's rules for a work with no known author.  For most resources like this, your citation will begin with the title of the book or article. This is true for both APA and MLA citations. In your citation list, alphabetize works with no known author by their title. Use a shortened version of the title in the parenthetical citations in your paper.
