Sometimes a work will not have a known author.  When creating your citation, you will choose the format for no known author.  For most resources like this your citation will begin with the title of the book or article.  In your citation list, alphabetize works with no known author by their title.  Use a shortened version of the title in the parenthetical citations in your paper.   For more help with citations, visit the Writing Center.
