Q. Does the library carry magazines?

Yes, the library carries some popular magazines on the first floor but most of our periodical collection is available through our databases and available to you online. Check out Summon on the library homepage ibrary.jccc.edu and type in a topic. After you receive your results Refine Your Search on the left side of the screen to Magazine and, or Journal articles, and Full Text.

Also check out a new service the library offers called Flipster. You can find it on the library homepage. Click on the Databases tab, then click on the Databases A to Z Tool at the bottom of the Database Subjects box. Click on the letter F. Scroll down to Flipster.
