Q. Does JCCC still offer a New York Times subscription to students and employees?

Yes, students enrolled in credit classes and JCCC employees can activate a free subscription to the New York Times through the JCCC Library.  You can create a free New York Times account by following this link; make sure to use your JCCC email address to create the account. College employees will need to renew their access once a year, while students only need to sign up once while enrolled at JCCC. Once you've created your account, you will be able to log in to the New York Times website and mobile app without using the library's links.

You can also access this signup link by visiting the library home page at library.jccc.edu. Click or tap on the Database tab, then click or tap "News Sources" in the Database Subjects box, and scroll down to "New York Times Digital Subscription."
