The Billington Library is open to the general public. If you are a Johnson County resident bring your Johnson County Public Library card or some proof of residency and you will be put into our library system. You will then be able to check out books. You do not have access to our databases and ebooks on your home computer unless you are a student enrolled in a credit class. The library has two computers for guests. If you wish to use the guest computer, ask at either the Research or the Checkout desks for a 24-hour guest ID.  Printing for guests is not available. For hours and library information, go to the library home page at library.jccc.edu.
