How to recover my JCCC password?
I am trying to recover my password for my JCCC account because I haven't logged in for a while. When I click the recover password button and insert my email and captcha it gives me a message saying I still need to register for password reset.

For help with recovering your password, please visit the Username and Password Help page on the JCCC website. If you attempt to recover your JCCC password and encounter a message stating that you need to register for a password reset, you may not have completed setup of your student account after receiving your assigned email address--setup includes creating security questions and answers, verification methods, and choosing a password. Use the "Register Account" option to complete this setup process.
