Q. If I have a fine on a Library book, how do I pay it?

If you are a JCCC student, staff, or faculty, once a book or any audiovisual material from the library's Circulating Collection is returned, all fines are forgiven, and any holds on your account will be removed.

Interlibrary Loan books, which are not owned by the college library, remain subject to overdue fines. The fine will be $1 per day up to a maximum of the replacement cost of the book. Interlibrary Loan privileges will also be suspended until we receive the overdue books. To pay related fines, follow this link.

Overdue Course Reserve materials are also subject to fines. Reserve materials incur a fine of $1.00 per hour, if late. The maximum overdue fine is $25.00.
