Depending on the type of problem you are experiencing, there are several different possible resources available to you. Librarians can help you with issues related to accessing Library databases and resources, and using our printers, computers, and other library-provided technology and equipment. We may be able to assist you with other technology issues, such as providing assistance with using commonly-used software applications such as Microsoft Office, but problems with your JCCC account, campus-wide technology (such as Canvas, MyJCCC, Zoom, etc.), troubleshooting problems with your personal device(s), and other similar issues should generally be directed to the Technical Support Center.

View Technical Support's full hours of operation, contact methods (including the technical support chat), and help articles at the Technical Support Center's webpage.

While RC 271 is the primary location for student walk-ins, support may also be available at the following satellite locations (hours vary):

  • Ask Desk, Academic Resource Center, LIB 1st floor
  • Student Center, 1st floor, Room 114 - next to the Nook and the Campus Bookstore
