Q. My username and password aren't working, what should I do?

For help with your MyJCCC username and password, please visit the Username and Password Help page on the JCCC website to find instructions for recovering or resetting your login information, use the online chat at the provided link to chat with Technical Support, or call the Technical Support Center at 913-469-7700.

If you are specifically having difficulty logging in to library resources, but your username and password work to log in to other campus websites and services, please contact the Library instead of Technical Support. Technical Support staff are unable to troubleshoot problems with logging in to library databases.
